Well, that interview... Probably could have gone worse. I could have fallen on my face or something. She kept going on about how to had to have a desire to rid the city of grafitti and stuff, and the entire time Iapos;m nodding with a smile plastered on my face while thinking... But I support it Christ, overbearing much? But a jobapos;s a job. I donapos;t think Iapos;ll be getting a call back on that one though. Whatever.

On the way home, I popped into this little store to grab a pop, and GUESS WHAT. They had hookah coals and shisha I was THRILLED. I bought two boxes (blackberry and pineapple), and a pack of coals. Iapos;m currently smoking the blackberry, which is quite with the good. I have, however, been banished to the balcony to smoke it. My dad will only talk to me through a crack in the patio doors. *rolls eyes* Heapos;s no fun at all.

I also voted today. For the first time ever I feel like such a grown up.

I have not yet decided if I will venture further than the balcony today. I am getting to use my hookah for the first time since I bought it, which merits celebration. But I donapos;t want to feel like a bum.

Relatively good day, for me at least. Annika, you were so irrepressibly adorable that at times I wanted to hug you. Lucy, yes, my hair does smell like apples. I like it that way.

Mumapos;s taking me out for dinner tonight. For no apparent reason. And I just spent ten minutes on the phone with Dad, trying to get him to agree to a family barbecue for my birthday. I bet Lesley says no. I did try the "this is a milestone birthday" line on him, but he just went, "what?" and I didnapos;t dare say, "Yeah, now I can get laid"

*Sighs*

Maybe if he wonapos;t let me have a party, I can get him to agree to me having a friend to stay. Lucy? Annika? Lucy and Annika? Itapos;d be fun, promise. Thereapos;s Foxtel. And Erin; sheapos;s entertainment in herself. Even if sheapos;d probably try to adopt you. But yeah.

Ok, another season of the pick up artist and i canapos;t wait to watch it ... The only problem is i donapos;t have cable and they donapos;t do a replay over the internet well, if you donapos;t know i was part of the "pick up" culture. I know some people will say itapos;s lame to be learning how to pick up girls, but some people think itapos;s lame learning martial arts. Many people feel insecure about how theyapos;re going to get beat up in the streets and they go to martial arts to learn how to defend themselves. Pick up is the same, we fear some soon to be pain and equip ourselves with knowledge to defend or lessen those pains. Just like in martial arts and in life, so get it naturally, some get it over time, and some just donapos;t get it. Itapos;s sad, but itapos;s true, but when the student is ready the master will appear. I was that kid who got girls easily, but i never really had to try till i got out of college. Yes, it was a little easy, but approaching girls was so hard. I had to learn how to act around girls i liked or showed interest in. I practice the exercises by myself. Just as i was in martial arts, i didnapos;t want people to know i was practicing. Even more so when i knew this might damage my reputation as a man - if i even had a reputation? i know the oneapos;s who are close to me know this about me already and the oneapos;s who donapos;t are finding out for the first time. Itapos;s a misoganystic world, but you have to get pass stereotypes and remember what your goal is. Donapos;t let the game loose yourself, but gain more of who you really are. Just for pointers ... Make mistakes and learn from them.
